We knew Pastor’s Lynn & Luci had many years of experience meeting with both engaged and married couples. Although enthusiastic about our future together, we felt there could be areas of concern about which we might be unaware. Their warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease. By having counselors with a wide background of experience, we felt the likelihood of blind spots and/or discord would be diminished.

We also appreciated that there was a questionnaire to be individually completed dealing with key issues—the importance of communication, conflict resolution, family, finances, God and our spiritual life, recreation, sexual expectations, stress etc. This helped us to see how compatible we were—also whether there were gaps that may have been a cause for concern.

There was also an additional questionnaire for each of us to identify where our individual gifts and life strengths lie. This helped us to understand each other better. For example, Keith, being an influencer and a people person, and Glenda, being more of a task oriented and compassionate. We learned to appreciate one another’s strengths and give allowances for our differences.

We highly recommend Pastors Lynn and Luci to any couple who is considering spending the remainder of their lives together.
